Ms. Hoffman earned her JD from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and her undergraduate degree from Iowa State University. Prior to becoming an attorney she worked for ten years as a paralegal in California.

Mr. Wong is originally from the Bay Area, but hails from Los Angeles. He graduated from U.C. Hastings College of the Law, with a focus on civil litigation. His practice areas include construction defect litigation, and personal injury for both the prosecution and defense.
Stephen Heath has handled the defense and prosecution of a wide variety of litigation, including construction, commercial trucking and commercial carrier accidents, property and liability, fiduciary and bond claims, excess and umbrella, floor plan and garage keepers, oil and gas, professional liability, entertainment, and coverage analysis. Before starting his firm, he practiced at an Am Law 100 firm.
Before beginning the active practice of law, he worked over 16 years in the insurance industry as an adjuster/supervisor. He also was involved in rewriting the rules for special arbitration used in inter-company disputes. Mr. Heath also supervised mold remediation programs in public schools and courthouses throughout Texas. He continues to present numerous contractual indemnity liability lecture programs for continuing education to insurance companies, TPAs, contractors, and construction companies.
He is Oil Field Rig Certified through Texas A&M. This certification gives him special expertise in oil field production claims, including all aspects of storage, transport, pumping, and processing of crude oil. He is a two-time Travis Award Winner for his accomplishments in creating community support and participation in the United Way programs. During his studies at the University of Oklahoma, Mr. Heath served as an intern at the Oklahoma House of Representatives. He is an avid sportsman and guitar collector and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters at his home in San Francisco.
Mr. Dang was formerly in-house counsel for a number of Silicon Valley start-ups and companies, such as IBM and CA Technologies. He previously practiced as a corporate attorney with extensive experience in corporate and regulatory compliance, software and content/data licensing, brand and product marketing, intellectual property, and commercial transactions. His background also includes data privacy and security, mergers and acquisitions, and product and business development. Mr. Dang is licensed to practice in New York.

Prior to the practice of law, Mr. Yuen served in the U.S. Air Force, worked in I.T. for 13 years, and served as the Intellectual Property Editor on Law Review. His practices encompasses business disputes/torts, catastrophic personal injury, construction defect, employment, insurance disputes, landlord/tenant, premises liability, product defect, professional liability cases, and transportation—as well as complex, mass torts, and class-action lawsuits—as he typically represents commercial, construction, insurance, and professional clients.
